Blue Hat HR Services Hiring for Logistics Documentation Specialist Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a full time Documentation Specialist (import and export) for a freight forwarding company.

Candidate should have experience in Logistics & Shipping company experience. Also must have experience in Export Documentation, Customs Clearance Documentation, E-Mirsal, Export Costing, Manifest Typing etc. If you meet these skill sets, then you are one we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and guiding customs team in Dubai trade Transactions related to customs clearance, Free zone transits and solving any customs issues/ doubts in processing customs documents.
• Monitoring of changes in HS codes sent by client.
• Monitoring of Missing Document Deposit Refund, submission of original documents to Customs within 14 days of processing Customs bill of entry.
• Efficient management of Dubai CDR account
• Ensuring that xml files and invoices are received in time for processing of outbound documents.
• Monitoring of load list of containers which are customs cleared and submission of export documents to customs for cancellation
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints or discrepancy
• Escalate issues to General Manager whenever required
• Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with the client
• Port Operations and clearance of containers

Skills Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in any stream.
• Experience with Dubai Trade for Customs Clearance and Documentation with at least 400 BOE’s per month
• Experience in Freight forwarding on sea and air freights including TOO and Free zone operations
• Must be an Arabic speaker.
• Ability to stay calm set process and routines for overall control on Departmental functions and reports.
• Team worker who can use own initiative and create effective working relationships. Constantly strive to bring automation into process
• Able to develop good working relationship with Clients and achieve an amicable relationship of problem resolution / improvements to achieve set KPI
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)

Salary : AED 6000 – 6500
