Must have Business Analyst + Data ( Hadoop Big Data + Corporate Banking )
Analyze business requirement (BRD) and review functional / technical specification (FS) shared by vendor
Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix to map Requirement with Deliverable tracked under FS
Ensure deliverable is in compliance to functional specification
Timely and effective communication with Internal and External stakeholders
Regular Status updates to Key Stakeholders
Monitor deployment of modules independently as per pIan / SLAs
Provide lead support during acceptance testing, implementation, and training for assigned modules
Prepare/verify production transfer documentation.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) arising from production system disruption and gather required information and logs from the system for investigation.
Vendor co-ordination and follow up with vendor for resolution and closure of the issues.
Document results of tests and program specifications/ Technical Architecture documentation.
Get the fix tested by users and take appropriate actions to move the change in Production with TPS team.
Knowledge transfer to the RTB team for post-production support.
