Key Responsibilities:

• Guarantees the conception, approval and understanding of the company’s digital innovation vision aligned with overall Digital / Industry 4.0 vision throughout Digital Transformation and Business teams
• Ensures and leads a regular and consistent market scouting for digital capabilities

• Analytics / Artificial Intelligence
• Cloud o IoT – Internet of Things
• Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality
• Wearables and Mobility
• Digital Workspace
• Digital Process Automation

• Ensures a prioritized technology pipeline of projects / initiatives to support company’s strategic objectives.
• Ensure necessary competencies are sourced and available to support this pipeline through upskilling, recruitments or contracting. Organize regular management reviews of the pipeline progress.
• Understands business challenges and proposes business opportunities inspired by technology innovations for all functions.
• Demonstrate innovation technology value and feasibility as well as the solution architecture to assure integration maturity on Industry 4.0 technology platforms through Proof of Concepts and/or Showroom demonstration and/or Real-world demonstration.
• Ensure smooth transition of the innovation projects into Industry 4.0 and/or IT platforms’ architecture to facilitate industrial deployment and scalability of solutions for company.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience and expertise in digital capabilities and industrial technologies.
• Experience or interest in at least 3 digital capabilities as a minimum e.g. Analytics, Cloud, IOT or Robotics Good understanding of the technology landscape with existing relationships with the key market players a must
• Demonstrated ability to network in the digital community both locally and globally and with both big and small players
• Strong stakeholder and change management skills including with business and IT actors
• Demonstrated experience in technology scouting and piloting new digital technology in industrial context
• The ideal candidate will be aware and have deep expertise across the latest technology trends and advances in the industry and market as well as architecting innovative ideas, strategies and designing digital experiences across the company.
• Excellent problem-solving skills (e.g. problem definition & structuring, analysis definition, insight generation & recommendation generation) as well as strong technical skills (e.g. solution architecture) and communication skills for internal and external actors
