Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Acting as the main point of contact between key accounts and company.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Negotiating contracts and follow up with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, finance and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular intelligence from the relevant market.
Key Account Manager Requirements:
Diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Ability in problem-solving with Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
