We Need Female Candidates for our MEP Division as Admin-Operation Executive who can join immediately.

Offered Salary- Around AED 4,000

Qualification- a minimum Bachelor’s degree (Technical Background is preferred)

Experience- At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management (MEP Experience Preferred) in Dubai

Skills- Excellent communication skills (perfect written and spoken English)

Teamwork spirit

Excellent in Excel

Handling Software (ERP System)

Job Description–

1) Allocating the day-to-day work assignments to the Team. (*Manpower Allocation)*

2) Prepare daily schedules, respond to clients, manage their complaints, and propose solutions.

3) Coordinate with accounts and operations departments.

4) Update & maintain the client asset register & its maintenance history.

5) Report to management, organize reports, and upload them on the software

6) Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports on facilities operations.

7) Maintaining the facilities’ execution records.

8) Coordinating with client representatives on day-to-day facilities management.

9) Coordinating with internal departments for site-related and material/vendor resources.

10) Respond to Emergency callouts at any time.
