REPORTING TO Senior Marketing & Communications Executive

LOCATION Dubai

MAIN PURPOSE

The Marketing Executive is responsible for the adaptation and deployment of A. Lange & Soehne’ s Retail marketing, CRM & Events strategy in the market, under the supervision of the regional Marketing & Communications lead. He/she will support the operational implementation in order to develop the business by increasing client acquisition and loyalty in a multi-channel environment. He/She is also responsible of implementing the marketing activities in the retail network, in full coordination with management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BOUTIQUE RENOVATOIN & CONSTRUCTION

• Responsible for the Retail Capex control, construction, and fit-out implementation of the retail network (Internal), including the coordination with all parties (HQ/Richemont Dubai/ Consultant firm / Contractor)
• Support new openings with initial equipment shipping and installation if required

TRADE & RETAIL MARKETING:

• Liaise with boutiques on effective visual merchandising (VM) implementation in line with HQ guidelines and local market specificities
• Ensure consistency in the implementation of VM across the retail network
• Execute the annual purchase order of VM material, giveaways etc. in liaison with line manager and HQ
• Set-up of system of giveaway allocation to external retail boutiques

CRM:

Database segment activities:

• Responsible for the CRM and iCM support to retail network
• Develop and coordinate all relational programs (acquisition, recruitment, loyalty) on customer segment basis and ensure implementation in the market
• Develop and coordinate client action plans for transversal functions: profiling clients, segmentation, and criteria definition for event invitation, mailing and emailing campaigns
• In charge of iCM-system operations in collaboration with boutiques and HQ
• Measure and communicate performance results to line manager by monthly emailing report, campaign monitoring, best practices etc.

SELL-OUT EVENTS:

Retail & Wholesale:

• Planning and implementation of local events & exhibitions according to yearly strategy
• Organize SIHH related media activities and logistics
• Propose ideas for event production, presentation formats & venues
• Coordinate with multi-level parties
• Prepare briefs to suppliers, negotiate quotes, control of quality of deliverables and follow-up on completion or delivery of assigned jobs as per the deadlines
• Liaise with HQ Marketing team for information, artworks or images necessary for creation
• Liaise with line manager on construction/installation phases (monitor quality & progress of work), Free Zone team & other suppliers for the transfer of furniture & events related inventory between event and final destination
• Coordination & follow up on obtaining permits from various organizations (authorities, facilities etc.) to ensure event installation as per set time frame
• Apply Richemont Security guidelines and ensure event is set and organized according to group procedures
• Follow-up with suppliers on invoices related to specific jobs

JOB PROFILE:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Events, Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum 4 years marketing experience in Retail operations & boutique construction, Events & CRM projects, preferably in luxury industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English

• Displays a clear understanding of the Middle Eastern market and its network
• Dynamic personality and detail oriented
• Ability to build relationship with clients and partners of different cultures and backgrounds
• Good time management: must have the ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changes at any stage throughout a project
