Work Environment

· Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions, to include cold, rain, direct sunlight and extreme heat

· Stand for prolonged periods

· When necessary, use a radio and respond to commands with background noise, for the duration of shift

· Work in varied light conditions including low or diminished lighting; maintain concentration/focus

· Occasional requirement for manual handling

· Shifts may include working early mornings, late nights,

overnights, weekends or public holidays

Main Responsibilities

· Greet and proactively

questions, ensuring all visitor experiences are memorable, unique and as per standards

· Provide exceptional visitor service through wayfinding and directional assistance to specific facilities and locations

· Assist with resolving visitor issues such as reuniting visitors with lost & found people/items

· Monitor crowd flows and densities and deal with seating, queue and access issues, controlling the entry and exit of spaces and deal with and escalate ticketing problems

· Ensure compliance to all safety regulations and policies, as well as ensure emergency and incident procedures are carried out safely and proficiently

· Inform guests of Conditions of Entry for each area and enforce these standards consistently

· Interact with children and their families in a playful manner while enforcing all safety protocols

· Support People of Determination and visitors with accessible needs

Perform other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Pavilions & Exhibitions team

Requirements

· Progressive responsibilities and work-related experience in a visitor-facing role, preferably in an amusement/theme park or large-scale event

· Proven ability to deliver on -ground operations, listening to and implementing any instructions given

· Experience in working with children and their families as well as crowd management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: AED4,000.00 per month
