+ The Assistant Manager, L&D is responsible for supporting the rollout of Learning & Development projects as part of the Global Learning & Development team.

In this role, the successful candidate will:

• Be part of the L&D team to help Kitopians grow in their careers.
• Assist with all internal and external training-related inquiries or queries.
• Create, design, and deliver training on various topics, with a focus on Soft Skills topics, in line with the overall L&D strategy
• Explore and choose appropriate training methods per case based on training objectives and target audience.
• Research and recommend modern training methods and platforms.
• Gather insights from participants’ feedback to assess the effectiveness and provide suggestions to improve the overall training experience.
• Maintain employee training records, updated curriculum database, and ensure active participation in various training programs.
• Maintain and manage in-house training facilities and resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to structure and deliver individual development plans for their team members.
• Participate and support the creation of new development programs, from structure to delivery
• Hands-on experience managing a wide variety of L&D projects
• Prior experience in training facilitation with various audiences (Frontliners, Support Functions, Senior Managers)
• Personality assessment certification and/or previous experience preferred
• Prior experience with instructional design is preferred.
• Strong understanding of training needs and training delivery best practices.
• Experience with e-learning and performance management platforms.
• Strong communication skills, and ability to communicate efficiently with all levels
• Proficiency in delivering visually appealing presentations.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite
