Job description:
1. Maintaining and filing paper work
2. Prepare Tenancy contract & MOU for sale
3. Should be able to make ejari
4. Preparing receipts
5. Meet clients at office and complete paper work as required
6. Keeping tenant/buyer/landlord records
7. Maintaining minor accounts
8. Posting ads and preparing necessary paper work like applying online permits, preparing property flyers and quotes for the customers and keeping them ready in respective folder on computer.
9. Following up active contracts expiry dates and following renewals.
10. Following up payments of tenants and landlords.
11. Operating property management software
12. Coordinating agents deals and maintaining their deal statements
13. Maintaining record of available to rent or sell stocks on daily basis
14. Following up bookings
15. Coordinating all government departments as and when required
16. Coordinating with developers for registration, renewals, and gathering materials.
17. Good understanding of all real estate-related forms (Forms A, B, and I, etc.)
18. Apply Trakheesi Permit for each listings (ready/offplan properties) and as per Project name for Offplan website
19. More as required
Package:
1. Salary 2500 per month + incentive on sales and rentals that are brought by admin
2. Company paid sim for official use which will be returned at the end of service.
3. Visa (T&C apply)
Work timing:
1. Mon to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
2. After office hours required to be available on phone for urgent matters
3. Sat and Sunday: Off
Requirement:
1. Presentable
2. Well spoken
3. Pleasant personality
4. Proficient with applications like emails, excel, word, whatsapp etc
