The purpose of this role is to provide support to the administrative function of the business by directing, executing and coordinating all employee activities in compliance with the company policy and UAE Labour law.
HR Administration
· Provide administrative support to HR & Admin Manager and Co.
· Having in-depth understanding of company policy and procedure and laws of the country.
· To have a full working knowledge of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), monitoring of usage and integrity of data.
· Manage and update on a regular basis HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, disciplinary action, vacation leaves and days off.
