We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT team. This role is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure, learn and develop different technologies used within the industry and offers the opportunity to build a career in a well-established brokerage.

Responsibilities

• You will provide on-site support solving 1st and 2nd level support issues, and forward issues to the relevant international teams, where applicable
• You will procure, catalogue, and install IT hardware and provide end users with a briefing
• You will play an active role in IT projects, such as rollouts, migrations, moves or provide event support
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on PC, Server operating systems, and Virtual Desktop Interface

Requirements

• Practical experience working in IT support
• Proficient user of Windows 10/11, Microsoft365, and Active Directory, and can provide support for these applications
• Basic understanding of Windows networking within a Business
• You have strong customer service skills and are an excellent communicator.
• You are highly motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Cloud Applications including Office 365 would be beneficial
• Undertaking small- to medium-sized IT projects as instructed and support by senior staff members
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as part of an IT Helpdesk or equivalent.

In this role you may occasionally be required to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
