Danone Hiring for Internal Controller Job at Dubai Full Time

In this context ,this role is part of the IBS team based in Dubai, and it reports to the Internal Control & Service Excellence Lead. She/He will contribute and support the internal control function to provide a reasonable assurance that the business (CBU) is operating effectively and efficientlty, as well as provide reliable financial reporting that complies with applicable laws and regulations.

About The Role:

1- Key Accountabilities:

• Perform controls testing and documentation of processes executions as per the Group Internal Control guidelines and Internal Control Lead requirements.
• When risks are identified, support to identify recommendations.
• Follow-up and support on actions plans implementation and confirm sustainability of actions.
• Contribute to process efficiency and control improvements to secure CBU’s operations.
• Animate & coordinate BPOs and BCOs in their missions.
• Promote adherence to CBS and CBU’s policies and procedures

2- Key Performance Indicators:

• Ability to manage stakeholders
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Process evaluation and documentation
• Successful testing of controls in-line with reporting deadline and controls requirements.

About you

To be successful in the role you should ideally have:

Education & professional experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Finance or related

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a multi-national company. Experience in Internal Controlling, External Auditing, is highly preferred.

• Competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power Point.

Location:

• UAE residents are recommended.

• Arabic is a must
