Position Summary
Support the development of compensation structures to optimize hiring and maximize employee retention by analyzing remuneration packages, labor cost and position responsibilities.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Objectives
- Support the Comp&Ben Part Leader to develop and implement a reward philosophy, framework and communication plan.
- Support the implementation of the compensation and benefits policies and procedures that succeed in attracting and retaining exceptional talent.
- Custodian of the HR Main Metrics analysis and reports.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the design of accurate job descriptions relevant for the organization, ensuring accuracy for the work each role performs.
- Compare jobs against the industry’s market information to verify competitive compensation offers
- Build and maintain reporting of compensation and benefits and all HR metrics.
- Gather data and perform statistical analysis and interpretation of information to support the Compensation & Benefits Strategy.
- Support on the disclosure of the company data to compensation and benefits surveys.
- Analyze compensation package trends to ensure industry competitiveness and employee retention.
- Monitor competitive positioning within the Comp and Reward sector and will work to advance and scale the company’s compensation and benefits programme, ensuring all policies are competitive.
- Support the workforce planning and budgeting process.
- Identify policy and process improvements pertaining to C&B and assist with its implementation.
- Support on the Payroll and Bonus calculation.
- Managing salary structure and data base maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Business, Finance preferred).
- Job Evaluation & Analysis Certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst
- Proficient with compensation research and data analysis
- Excellent people skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Power BI and HRIS Systems (Workday preferred)
- Knowledge in Mercer Salary Survey
