Job Description:
1. Ensure and control the correct operation of the collections and shipment of the product in the offices of our client.
2. Keep track of customer product records and custody.
3. It will be in charge of keeping control of the entry, follow-up and solution of the reprocessing of formalizers, referring to the client.
4. Carry out follow-up reporting to support supervisors.
5. Provide due attention to formalizers before requests.
6. In charge of assigning and monitoring products and inconsistencies.
7. Any other function attached to the position.
Job Requirements:
Customer service experience.
1 year of experience in similar positions.
University student or technician of Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Logistics or related careers.
Desirable:
6 months in the sale of products in general.
6 months in knowledge of banking products.
6 months in management and knowledge of routes.
