Role/Responsibilities
At Moody’s Analytics Know Your Customer (KYC) / Know Your Supplier (KYS), we solve problems that matter. We are a cross-functional team of sales and marketing, technology and product professionals who are all passionate about preventing criminal infiltration of the world’s financial system and bringing transparency to global supply chains by detecting fraud, terrorism, human trafficking, and other criminal threats.

As a Director, Marketing you will liaise with multiple teams (including Product Strategy, Product, Marketing, Sales, Corporate Branding & Communications) across the firm to plan and execute impactful outreach strategies that gain commercial traction. You have an instinctive aptitude for creating pan-regional KYC-focused campaigns with nuanced differences in tactics or channels used by country, where necessary.
Specifically, you will have the opportunity to:
Support and Lead the launch of new KYC products and tools
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and support marketing and sales campaigns for the KYC suite of products
Messaging and process oversight for Product releases/features/functionality which will be a focus
Work with marketing content teams to deliver relevant thought leadership content that aligns with solutions messaging and objectives and integrate that content into marketing campaigns.
Provide direction to design and content partners as needed for all product marketing initiatives.
Work with team members to identify updates and improvements to marketing collateral, including sales brochures, fact sheets, white papers, case studies, landing pages, presentation decks, webinars, and videos amongst others.
Qualifications
7-12+ years of experience in a product, marketing, or client-facing role.
Experience launching new products
Experience with crafting product language and marketing strategy for technical B2B workflow & data tools
Experience with AEM, Webflow, Sharepoint, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Adobe Suite, MS Office Suite of products
Understanding of content marketing, lead generation, email marketing
Team-oriented but individually motivated with a commitment to excellence and a job well done
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving capability
Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skill to take abstract ideas and craft them into executable plans and creative concepts
