job Brief
The incumbent is accountable to help establish quality control mechanisms, identify risks and define relevant risk mitigation strategies. They are also responsible to develop and implement project standards and frameworks within Zahrawi.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Team Management:
- Manage the KPIs for the operations and the team members.
- Supervise the quality team and coordinate with the Pharmacists & Quality representatives across Zahrawi Gulf.
- Post Market Surveillance:;
- Manage all product complaints with the right managers
- Report all product recalls with the reason for the product being sent back.
ISO Implementation:
- Create and coordinate a Quality Manual and SOPs with the Warehouse Operation, QA & RA Manager and process owners.
- Review regularly Zahrawi’s ISO Quality Manual in coordination with the Warehouse Operation, QA & RA Manager.
- File the proper forms related to each SOP on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance and strict adherence to the ISO Quality Manual
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor all Cold Products from point of receiving until delivery of products to customers along with Data Logger results within the set temperature limits.
- Examine the packing of goods from the cold storage and monitor the Data Logger Report to ensure consistency.
- Check the quality of the vehicles, warehouse cleanliness, temperature control mechanism, storage conditions and validity of goods on shelves on a regular basis.
- Review SDEA and Quality & Distribution agreements.
Audits:
- Manage all internal & external audits with the relevant authorities or principal companies
- Manage the CAPA related to each audit.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Additional details: Candidates must be based in the UAE and should be willing to move to company visa.
- Experience: 7- 10 years of experience.
- Job Specific Skills: Require a good knowledge in Quality Assurance, ISO Implementation
