Requirements for the role:
- Experience in Sales is required
- Person who goes above and beyond
- Pro-active and Keen to details
- Thinking of ways on how to improve the quality of work and processes of the company
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Outlook, Excel and Google sheets
- Able to create report writing and strategic planning skills
- Stable Internet to be able to connect to local server with VPN
- Must have strong internet connection & capable hardware (computer)
- Able to work during Australian office hours
- Clear in spoken communication but won’t talk to our customers
Tasks within the role include:
- Create PO and quotations
- Process Orders
- Track delivery schedule and update client/builders
- Send Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Upload Price files
- Make sure that all price files are up to date (Regular/Special Pricing)
