Are you passionate about helping people travel the world? Do you have experience in global visa assistance services? If so, we are looking for you to join our team
Role and Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on visa requirements, processes, and documentation for various countries
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations of different countries
• Communicate and liaise with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any visa-related issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages
• Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation.
• Sales and promotional skills for enhancing customer experience
• Proficiency in travel reservation systems and online platforms
• Handling client queries by phone, email, and during meetings.
• Follow up with the clients through WhatsApp, Emails, and Calls as needed.
• Able to build strong working relationships with existing and new clients.
Qualifications:
• Must have UAE Experience in document preparation for Global Visa
• Must have experience in UAE visit visa, Family visa & Holidays package
• Strong knowledge of visa processes, documentation, and immigration policies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Urdu & English (Additional languages is plus point)
