- A skilled leader with 14+ years of experience leading medium and large scale (digital) projects intersecting business strategy, technology, design, communication and branding
- A masters graduate in business, design, research or other relevant educational backgrounds
- Comfortable in a consulting role and experienced in a client-facing position within a digital agency/consultancy
- Used to working with customer lifecycles in a commercial setting, including customer reach, acquisition, relationship management and loyalty building through multiple channels
- Easily oriented within the structures and hierarchy of big organizations and accustomed to senior stakeholder management
- A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive – and the guts – to bring them to life
- Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
- A fantastic communicator in English (other languages are a bonus!) – both verbally and in writing, and with flair for in-person presentations
