Job Descriptions

We invite dedicated, passionate, creative and committed individuals to join our team for the position of Senior Health & Wellness Advisor. The candidate will be an Ambassador of the resort’s wellness and sustainability culture?.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out thorough individual consultations with guests to gain a clear understanding of their health status, lifestyle, comfortable zones, and of their personal health and wellness goals and expectations.
Supervise Health & Wellness Advisor team to ensure services and consultation are provided with professional quality standard to maximize guest satisfaction. Assisting in administrative work e.g. Duty roster for Health & Wellness Advisor.
Attending departmental meetings, operational meetings and assure to cascade them to all Health & Wellness Advisor and CHH receptionists. If needed taking in the absence of the Health & Wellness Manager certain operational decisions.
Monitor Health & Wellness Advisor with given tasks to submit them on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in a related field: naturopathy, nursing, physiotherapy, health science etc
Clinical experience preferred
Excellent English skills; speaking, listening, reading, writing
Arabic communication skills would be a distinct advantage
Motivated and results orientated
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
Good communication skills
Experience working with multicultural teams
Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point, Excel)
