WELKIN is looking for a social media specialist to join our growing digital marketing department. Applicants should be very efficient in using Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms and must be creative in making posts and stories, and should be creative in thinking. And to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Creating brand-related content across social media platforms( Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Attending client meetings to understand their requirements
• Coordinating with the creative team to meet deadlines
• Assisting the digital team in any other related tasks
• Social media posting and scheduling
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
• Oversee all the company’s social media accounts

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Passionate, positive energy with the ambition and a commitment to deliver amazing results
• A high degree of organizational effectiveness and attention to detail, especially related to cinematic composition, equipment, and file structure
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Preferred Female applicants can speak Arabic and English
