We have an urgent job opening for a Telesales Call Center position in the real estate industry. We are seeking an experienced candidate with a strong background in real estate sales, renting, and property buying. This opportunity is exclusively available for female candidates. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required, along with excellent communication skills. The job location will be in Dubai, and preference will be given to candidates willing to be assigned there.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients from the provided database, leads, and prospects in the UAE and other countries to maximize sales opportunities.
Skillfully ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements and preferences.
Accurately enter and update client details into the database.
Strive to go the extra mile in meeting sales quotas to earn additional commissions and contribute to future sales growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, renting, and property buying is a must.
Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is essential.
Strong command of communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Willingness to work under pressure and meet challenging targets.
Ability to work full-time and commit to a permanent role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
