Von&Fox Dubai is seeking a dynamic and versatile Construction Guru who specializes in Building works and possesses knowledge of related equipment and machinery to join our rapidly growing team. This position plays a pivotal role in representing the company in marketing and customer acquisition efforts, while also managing daily operations and ensuring the safekeeping of our valuable equipment assets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and Customer Acquisition:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase the company’s visibility in the market and attract potential clients.
• Identify and target potential customers through market research, industry events, and networking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, presentations, and promotional materials that showcase the company’s equipment rental offerings.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of Von&Fox’s equipment.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about equipment availability, pricing, and terms.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific project requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
3. Equipment Operations and Maintenance:
• Oversee the daily operations related to equipment rentals, including coordinating equipment pick-up, delivery, and servicing.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and inspected according to company standards.
• Monitor equipment inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
4. Safety and Compliance:
• Promote and enforce strict safety protocols for equipment handling, storage, and transportation.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for customers and employees on proper equipment usage and safety procedures.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to equipment safety and compliance.
