Requirements
Candidates should possess at least a Degree in related field
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Able to multi task and work independently
Good Knowledge in MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook is must
Salary package offer – 2,500 AED – 3000 AED depends on experience.
General Admin Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and attending to visitors
Handling general admin duties including replenishments of stationery and office supplies, documentation and other filing.
Assist for visa application of new joiners
Manage and ensure the office is functioning well
vendor management
HR Responsibilities:
Handling recruitment and selection activities including screening and arrangement for interviews
Handles pre onboarding and onboarding of new joiner
Keeping, maintaining and updating of personal file / records of employees up to date
Prepare offer letters, and any other documentation and when requires
Other Duties as assigned by The Management
Marketing
Support to retain and expand customer relationships using marketing, telephone, email and other inside-based means
Help to Line of Business contacts in owned and shared accounts
Other Duties as assigned by The Management
