1. Manages day-to-day activities of the HR functions including recruitment, licensing, training, performance management, and government relations.
2. Responsible for Full recruitment Life Cycle – Sourcing to On-Boarding & off boarding. Manage new employees on boarding and corporate induction.
3. Manage the recruitment of adequate number of staffs on time per budget and revenue targets.
4. Liaise with employees for their travel, accommodation, visas, Medical licensing requirements and being a single point of contact for their concerns.
5. Assists HR Manager with day to day administration of staff benefit programs including enrolling, Terminations and modifying staff benefit coverage. Serves as first line of contact for staff regarding benefit questions or requirements.
6. Manage compensation and benefit cycles (salary increase, bonuses, promotions, R&R, etc..) planned vs. actual. Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
7. Performs new staff orientation & Oracle training to foster positive attitude toward the organizational goals. Manage PDP Evaluations and Training Needs Analysis.
8. Liaise with medical professionals & Dubai Health Authorities for clinicians’ medical licenses.
9. Liaise with PRO team for employees on time visa and medical processing.
10. Enrolls new joiners to Oracle ERP, Payroll & Time & Attendance System.
11. Coordinate the accurate processing of monthly payroll.
12. Set objectives/ KPIs/ milestones for the respective department/ function and conduct appraisals through Oracle EPMS system.
13. Ensure that team members are provided learning and career development opportunities by identifying successors within the team, preparing them for the next accountable roles and recommending them for external training whenever required in consultation with HR Manager.
14. Develop and implement policies, procedures and processes for the respective function/department and ensure reviewing and keeping the existing ones updated as part of the ‘continuous process improvement’.
15. Manage and conduct full Employee Engagement survey.
16. Manage non-clinical staff participates in Employee Engagement activities.
