Responsibilities:

• Managing property Portals such as Bayut & Dubizzle
• Managing CRM system
• Preparing agenda for the Manager
• Managing agents properties
• Distributing leads to dedicated agents
• Keeping track records of all the generated leads
• Helping the company to register with developers and management
• Assisting agents with the technical CRM system issues

Experience:

• Real Estate Admin: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements

• • Three years of experience in administrative work
  • Minimum one year of experience in real estate administrative work
  • Good communication skills
  • Good telecommunication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • Being able to do multitask
  • Having a proper corporate attitude
  • Being able to speak multiple languages is a plus
