Essential:
UOWD College is seeking applications to fill the position of IELTS Officer.
The position of the IELTS Officer supports the role of the LSC Registrar who is responsible for the secure and professional delivery of IELTS tests for the IDP: IELTS test centre, AE109 at UOWD and offsite testing locations in UAE.
In conjunction with the LSC Registrar, the IELTS Officer has a significant role and set of responsibilities directly related to all facets of test day preparation and delivery of the IELTS Test in Dubai and specifically at the offsite test locations.

Experience & Qualification
Essential:

Relevant post-secondary level qualification
-
IWASIAM Certified
-
2 years minimum relevant experience
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the institutional structure of UOWD and IELTS would be an advantage.
- Preferably have experience in working on IWASIAM
Essentail and Desirable Criteria
ESSENTIAL

Proficient office management skills including computer technology: MSWord, database systems, share drives.

A high level of personal and professional integrity and confidentiality in handling test information and materials.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

Adhere to procedural requirements with an eye for detail.

Strong communication skills are required for handling all the interdepartmental and external relationships as well as for positive customer service.

DESIRABLE
- An interest in developing the full potential of IELTS through promotions and marketing.

Remuneration
