Following are the Job Description:-
- Knowledgeable in Amazon and Noon platform both for UAE and KSA.
- Previously work on Alibaba account and Amazon Global Account is a big plus specially on Amazon UK and US.
- Well-verse in other marketplaces like carrefour, Sharaf DG and more is a big advantage. From product creation to order fulfillment, payment and fees, promotion and more.
- Well-verse in handling Amazon and Noon account and familiar with all the works and duties on the account from A to Z.
- Previously work amazon seller flex is a big advantage.
- With strong technical background in product creation aligned with amazon SEO practices and good knowledge for content writing.
- Strong familiarity on amazon bulk updates for stocks and prices is required.
- Background knowledge on amazon brand registry, amazon brand store and A+ content is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in amazon advertising with strong knowledge on PPC campaign, sponsored brand campaign and sponsored product campaign.
- With background in graphic designing is a plus but not required.
- Expert in FBA works from item creation, sending stocks, preparation, booking shipments and after delivery issues.
- With strong understanding on Amazon payments and fees is highly required. And able to do payment recon and identify the issue.
- Able to handle after sales issue such as customer complaints, returns and more.
- Having a good background knowledge on managing Amazon Vendor Account both UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
- Can do all the task for vendor account from creation, PO confirmation, booking and delivery, returns, payments, credit notes, disputes promotions and more.
- And able to work and make recon on payments and identify PO’s with issues.
