Job Title: Supply Chain Stock Management Specialist, Supply Chain, Lipton Teas and Infusions

Your Role
Guarantee optimum stock allocation based on centralized analysis of stock situation and business requirements. Work in close cooperation with Customer Facing & Planning teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Service Level (CCFOT and Invoice Accuracy).
Your Key responsibilities:
- Create delivery notes for orders validated and allocate stock
- Create deliveries for all types of orders
- Execute order tuning & large order split
- Follow up allocations and quotas
- Proactive management of short shelf life and obsolete products
- Management of relaunches and delistings on the deliveries, with close cooperation with Customer Facing and Planning
- Maintain material determinations
- Assign proper reason codes
- Inform 3PLP about Delivery Note modifications & cancellations
- Daily communication and information sharing with Customer facing and Planning teams
- Prepare and share Daily Order Confirmation report
- Support proactive stock management decisions with analyses from SA too
Key Relationships
- External: 3Ps
- Internal: Planning, Customer Facing Specialists, Finance
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or business (preferably Supply Chain and/or Logistics)
- At least 3 years business experience preferably in Stock Management
- Familiar with SAP functionalities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Action orientated to deliver results under time pressure
- High analytical skills
- Proven track record on improvement performance
- Service oriented attitude
- Able to adapt to changes quickly
