Job Title: Telemarketing Associate – Call Center only (S&MS Operations)

Location: Dubai

The Telemarketing Associate needs to deliver prepared sales talk to generate interest in products and services. The Associate will be engaged in primary research and may also be engaged to conduct CATI and data clensing activities from time ot time.

Responsibilities:

• Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
• Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Electronic mail software —Microsoft Outlook
• Spreadsheet software — Microsoft Excel
• Ability to type both alpha and numeric (not just 10-key) -38 wpm
• Academic qualification – A Higher Secondary education and above with good pass results.
• Excellent English oral & written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
