• Job Title: Telemarketing Associate
• Position Type: Maternity Cover for 6 months
• Location: Dubai

The Telemarketing Associate needs to deliver prepared sales talks to generate interest in products and services. The Associate will be engaged in primary research and may also be engaged to conduct CATI and data cleansing activities from time to time.

Responsibilities:

· Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services

· Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted

· Influences customers to buy services by following a prepared sales talk to

· Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management

· Maintains operations by following policies and procedures

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Minimum Qualification and Experience

· Excellent oral & written communication skills

· Electronic mail software —Microsoft Outlook

· Spreadsheet software — Microsoft Excel

· Ability to type both alpha and numeric (not just 10-key) -38 wpm

· Academic qualification – Bachelors Degree

· Excellent English oral & written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
