• Candidate will research industries, identify business clients needs in various industries and propose new events concepts to solve their challenges, develop presentations to business clients and leadership.
• The candidate shall have ideally worked either in research or in a management consulting firm, developing concepts and leadership level presentation.

Job Purpose

The Sr product manager will research industries, identify business clients needs in various industries and propose new event concepts to solve their challenges. Developing presentations to business clients and leadership.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Commercial / Business Development

• Under the responsibility of the group director for business development, build various concepts able to deliver high impact to market, with clear and data supported objectives
• Research industries (competitions, key players, innovation, key opinion leaders, etc) and identify opportunities for creation of events as platforms resolving consumers challenges

• Create documents, training presentations and other critical go-to-market items for internal teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new products

Operations Management

• Manage concepts from ideation to first edition, ensuring industry feedback is reflected through the project management

Organisational Management

• Work with VPs and directors of the various units to develop concepts that extend beyond their current portfolio
• Set clear goals and ensure that what gets built and rolled out is both valuable and viable

Requirements:

• Masters degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a research or management consulting role, creating convincing presentations for leadership.
• Well organized, able to multitask, and prioritize. Experience managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Strong customer interviewing and needs analysis experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: AED20,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
