Role Purpose:

• The role will lead and support the SHARE on the design and delivery of scalable, resilient, zero/low code composable mobile apps with release on demand capabilities backed by server driven user experience. The job holder will embody Majid al Futtaim’s vision of “Great Moments for Everyone, Everyday” in every product/feature design to create memorable individualized customer experiences through our mobile channels.
• The role is working closely with product management and the engineering team, will interface with the relevant internal business stakeholders, technology partners as well as relevant 3rd party partners.
• The job holder will be expected to ensure best practice with industry standards and compliance on governance requirements.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, resilient, and fast mobile applications that are releasable on demand and can be rolled back immediately to any user segment or individual user.
• Lead mobile solution design on producing deliverables (including architecture, technical design, code development, and QA) to highest quality standards using leading design patterns.
• Consistently focus on designing solutions as decoupled pluggable products and as the guardian to ensure engineering practices strictly follow a loosely coupled architecture
• Work closely with Product Management and development teams to satisfy business requirements for new features. Take ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for translating functional requirements into a mobile solution.
• Design , implement and govern the continuous integration and delivery pipelines for mobile applications.
• Drive TDD/BDD throughout the lifecycle of mobile applications.
• Innovate, lead , Influence and adopt newer engineering practices and test automation standards that accelerates mobile delivery and eliminate defects.
• Act as a technical advisor to application development teams to plan, implement, and support new and existing mobile applications

• Ensures solutions meet all security, compliance, privacy and operational guidelines for each markets SHARE will operate.
• Influences changes to standards when necessary.
• Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership.
• Develops and executes solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive work.
• Defines Solutions for SHARE Digital products covering the following areas:
• Customer experience design (Have strong understanding of different mobile and web framework)
• AI and cognitive services
• Mobile Applications
• Customer Engagement Platforms (Braze)
• Digital & Social Media Marketing (Sprinklr, Facebook etc)
• Feedback & Survey Platforms
• Web Applications Delivery
• Public Content Management
• Customer Identity & Profiling (auth0, Okta, OneTrust) – Preferred knowledge of any of the platform
• Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery structures for each SHARE product

Definition of Success

• Finding the best solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems.
• Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.
• Defining features, phases, and solution requirements.
• Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12-16 months

Salary: AED20,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• developing complex application: 10 years (Required)
• technical leardership: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Fluent English (Preferred)
