• The Head of Home Care will be responsible for overseeing the operations of home care and establishing all operating policies and procedures, whilst ensuring the highest quality standards are kept for patient care and experience. You will then be responsible for the ongoing management of the operations (both clinically and financially).

There is an expectation from you to work well with your team, build relationships and encourage teamwork. You should be an advocate for quality and ensure that the team receives adequate positive support.

• Complete KPIs linked to your role and use the guides and tools to collect data to be documented and reported as per the dates identified in the KPI.

Position Summary

The Head of home care is responsible for strategic planning, growth, and overall administration and oversight of the Healthy Homes Program. This includes supervision of off‐site and office‐based staff, recruiting and retention, development, and implementation of program policies and procedures. This position will work closely with the Senior Vice President and General Manager to ensure long‐term success.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Previous leadership/management required.
• Comprehension and understanding of Medicaid/Insurance required.
• Oversee documentation of health homes contracts, baby care, elderly care, not limited to.
• Responsible for managing relationships with outside vendors or contractors.
• Review invoicing of health homes contracts.
• Provide resolution to elevated client, billing, and provider issues.
• Review and approve time off and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Complete monthly one on ones with staff as well as yearly reviews and Corrective Action Plans as necessary.
• Post interview and hire employees as needed.
• Revise New Employee Orientation to meet the needs of this program and ensure implementation.
• Ensure staff are engaged in the appropriate number of encounters per week and meet internal and external benchmarks.
• Review and analyze stats on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with turnaround and throughput timeframes.
• Attend internal meetings as required, including weekly manager meetings, 1:1’s, staff meetings, etc.
• Flexibility in work hours and work location.
• Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.
• Ensuring reliable transportation.
• Excellent time management skills
• An energetic and positive approach to the rapidly evolving changes and challenges of a complex client population.
• Works with the Senior Vice President and General Manager to provide management to the program Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as social work, nursing or health care administration.
• Master’s degree in health care administration. (preferred)Training &

Experience:

• Head of Home care requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Should have experiences in a related field, such as nursing or social work.
• Head of Home care may also receive on-the-job training in their roles. This training may include learning about the company’s policies and procedures, as well as any software or technology they use.

Certifications & Licenses:

• Some Emirates require Head of Home care to obtain a license to work in the field. Requirements vary from emirates to emirates, but most require Head of Home care to have completed training in-home care and to pass an exam.

Leadership: Home care directors often have strong leadership skills, which they use to guide their teams and motivate them to perform well. Salary: AED30,000.00 – AED35,000.00 per month
