Job Responsibility
Cost planning and estimating during design phase;
Guiding teams of Cost Engineers and Quantity Surveyors;
Construction phase cost and project management;
Managing cost, budget and timelines of multiple projects in parallel;
Assisting with feasibility studies, capital cost advice;
Knowledge of Life-cycle costing.
Minimum Requirements
· Completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
· A minimum of 8 years’ experience is required in the Quantity Surveying field, ideally applicants would have spent a significant time working in the Middle East, with a focus on multiple asset types.
· Very good numeracy skills

Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
