Job Requirements:
· Atleast 3 years UAE experienced in Construction/Fitout Industry.
· Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent and acquisition, pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
· Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedure
· Proficient in MS Office
· Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
· Strong ethics and reliability
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
Job Descriptions:
· Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process
· Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
· Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.

· Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Maintain employee personnel records.
· Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
· Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
· Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
· Develop training and development programs
· Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
· Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
· Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
· Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
· Support other assigned functions.
· Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
