This position is for a period of 7- 8 months fixed term contract, maternity leave cover
Reception and secretarial support
Welcoming visitors, co ordinating meeting rooms.
To manage any ad hoc office issues, repairs, maintenance, including kitchen facilities
Manages couriers and reports accurately
To deal with any office refurbishment with the support of the admin and facilities executive.
Proactively providing services to visitors , desk, IT , office access cards
Sending out travel itineraries
Assisting staff visa applications for business travel
General secretarial duties for senior members of staff.
Education to Degree level
Advanced PC skills , Word, outlook and excel
At least 2 years experience or equivalent , to include 1 year within secretarial role within commodities industry or similar.
