You will be part of the Global Real Estate team based in Dubai, working on a range of projects across EMEA and ensuring on-time delivery and user satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that our employees are operating at their best, in a well-structured, inspiring environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Global Real Estate Department for EMEA. Maintaining documentation, procurement workflows and coordination with the internal real estate team and user departments as well as liaising with external vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Global Real Estate & Facilities Department, (including managed office space).
• Respond to all Facilities Management inquiries and complaints, assess problems and take the necessary corrective action.
• Asset management.
• Assist in preparation of site inspection within the region and liaise within the organisation.
• Manage Contractors and IFM performance regarding facilities management and maintenance requirements.
• Manage the logging of various ticket portals and similar when required.
• Complete regular audits of our properties from a Facilities Management perspective.
• Coordinate small building works, renovations and relocation projects.
• Comply fully with all aspects of the Health & Safety at Work and any other relevant statutory compliance legislation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and assist in gathering reference materials.
• Manage and update shared folder, handle written correspondences and documentation.
• Keeping various trackers up to date with the ability to produce reports.
• Liaising with stakeholders feedback and use data on Facilities Management related matters.
• Perform other Facilities Management related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant experience (facilities coordination/management).
• A self-starter and experience working for a growing (not complete) organisation.
• IWFM member or similar.
• Health and Safety certification such as; IOSH or NEBOSH or similar.
• Proactive, fast learner and a willingness to adapt.
• Strong written/oral communication, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Meticulous, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to travel and provide on-site and remote Facilities Management support.
• A passion for people and services.
