The Role
Private PA – must drive My client is seeking a PA whose goal is to ensure all personal & professional appointments and duties of the chief executive are carried out in a timely & efficient manner. This role will be a split between personal tasks (60%) & business tasks (40%). The person will be required to work from the CEO’s house 6 days a week. • Assist the chief executive in planning their day, prepare necessary documents & notes for review • Handle the household responsibilities and manage the personal staff of the chief executive • Handle and prioritize all incoming & outgoing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) • Coordinate all local & travel arrangements for chief executive & his family • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure • Assist in tracking all personal expenses related to the chief executive’s household • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Requirements
- Should be based out of Dubai and should have a valid driving license • Graduate with minimum 6 years of proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar role • Outstanding written & oral communication skills • Tech Savvy and proficient in MS Office (Word, excel, powerpoint) • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality is a must. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
