The opportunity
Project:
Mace are providing project management Consultancy services
services on a large luxury mixed-use development in the Umluj area of
Saudi Arabia.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Being responsible for the business performance
  of your sector/delivery team.
• Developing client
  relationships within your sector(s) and lead the client engagement
  with the project delivery of your team.
• Being
  accountable for the cost management deliverables for your team(s)
  across the entire project lifecycle.
• Managing the
  utilisation of all the resources across you team(s).
• Ensuring that your team(s) deliver in line with Mace’s
  cost consultancy value based approach.
• Providing
  leadership and direction, take responsibly for the levels of
  engagement within your team(s) and ensure that you develop each one of
  your team members careers.
• Understanding our contract
  scope of works and make sure that the teams you are responsible for,
  deliver what we have agreed to deliver in a timely manner to high
  levels of quality.
• Proficient in the use of
  estimating/billing software such as CostX.
• Having the
  ability to prepare cost modelling and benchmarking dashboards and
  present data to our clients in an interactive and informative manner.
• Undertaking viability studies and cost estimating
  throughout the design stages with an emphasis on cost control and
  design to budget.
• Taking the lead in communicating
  budgets to design teams and be proactive in advising how the design
  develops in line with agreed budget.
• Ensuring that your
  team all feed into the rate database by undertaking market research
  where necessary to support the accuracy of estimating and collate all
  data from current projects.
• Undertaking optioneering
  and value engineering studies at key stages of the design development.

You are digitally
savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support
to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering
projects from start through to completion within a consultancy
industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our
clients and of our ambitious people alike.

working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your
