Our client is looking for an Accountant to drive the company in making the best financial decisions. The company is buzzy and dynamic and this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for new challenge and the chance to travel twice a month.

You must be residing in Dubai and the successful candidate will be responsible for budget planning, offering financial insights, managing budgets and more!

Duties Include:

• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
• Predicting future financial trends
• Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc
• Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
• Report on market trends and competitors
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Conduct payroll

YOU ARE

To be successful in this Accountant role you must have experience in Accounts, and it is desirable you have experience working in the creative sector.

Requirements

• 5+ years working as an Accountant
• Experience with general ledger functions and Tally 9 ERP software
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• CFA/CPA or similar will be considered
• Must be living in the UAE
• Desirable to have experience working in the creative sector (Events/ Marketing)
