We are hiring An Arabic speaker applicant ( senior logistics coordinator) with experience in exports, Cross trade and legalization.

Desired applicant must have 5+ experience in the same role with an outstanding knowledge of customs clearance, export and logistics.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all export shipments, communicating with customers, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Review customer orders and shipping requirements to determine the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method.
• Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Arrange for freight forwarding services, tracking shipments, and updating customers on expected arrival times.
• Negotiate rates and service contracts with transportation providers.
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions in the company’s database.
• Monitor changes in export regulations and advise management of any updates that could impact the company’s operations.
• Stay up-to-date on current affairs affecting global trade and share relevant information with colleagues.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new export procedures and policies.
• Train new employees on export procedures and documentation requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve export logistics operations and make recommendations to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or in logistics
• 5-10 years experience in export logistics or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Strong time management skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
