We are hiring a full-time experienced Digital media marketing executive for our valued clients in Dubai.

Applicant must hold 3-5 years of experience in the same role preferably in a Real Estate setup.

Job responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital media inquiries, manage and respond to requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Analyze the overall project presence and constantly regulate the process to increase the number of leads.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices, keeping abreast of new technologies and developments.
• Research and compile data on target audiences, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategies.
• Develop and implement creative content calendars across all digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing.
• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels.
• Lead Generation Campaigns for New Developments.
• Ensure that the CRM system delivers sales leads in a timely manner to the sales channel.
• Increase the number of qualified inquiries who respond to the company’s promotional efforts by recommending techniques.
• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
• Oversee all the company’s social media accounts.
• Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content.
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
• Build an inbound marketing plan.
• Research and forecast future sales and performance trends.
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success.

Salary: AED 6000-7000

Duty hours: 9-hours per day with 1-hour break for 6 days in a week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED5,500.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
