Your roll will be (JD)-
1. Operational experience of how a facilities management company works.
2. To Demonstrable experience in managing and winning bids and tenders.
3. Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry and to keep prospects database up to date.
4. To prepare documentation for – Tenders, RFP & RFQ etc.
5. Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues
6. Assess the targeted quality of business coming in, refocusing efforts if off track
7. Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
8. Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format
9. Track and report status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
10. Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals
11. Liaise internally with other departments such as, Operation, Accounts, Finance, Human Resources whenever required
12. Ensure timely submission of all data entry to an internal online CRM software Odoo / HubSpot
13. Ensure all client agreements are signed before contract start-up date and handed over to MANAGEMENT
14. Good knowledge to handle agencies that are working on social media platform for marketing such as FB, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
15. Establishing digital collaborations with existing / new clients and suppliers
16. Handling email marketing strategies through an online software
17. Establish and improve the entire database
18. Upselling the services to obtain a full package target and increase the sales into specific departments
We are looking for (Required Skills):
a. Commercially oriented with at least 3 years of progressive business development, sales, experience in the similar industry in the UAE
b. Excellent analytical and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
c. Strong sales discipline and business planning skills
d. Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing large value deals with B2B / B2C clients.
e. Should be highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce
