We are looking for aspiring candidates to work as PART-TIME TELECALLER.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To contact potential clients, from the given database, in the UAE and other countries in order to increase sales opportunities.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
Entering and updating clients’ details into the database.
Go the “extra mile” to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE (REQUIREMENTS)

Experience in customer service/ Call center
English & Arabic speaking preferred (multilingual is an advantage)
High school or College Graduate
Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent.
