Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and testing User Interfaces in the Web & Mobile Application space is must.
• Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
• Identify and remedy defects within the production process.
• Create user manuals and conduct training sessions.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Compile and analyze statistical data.
• Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 6+ years of overall experience testing and delivering quality on digital products.
• Expert knowledge of tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, MTM, HP Load Runner, Blazemeter and Bugzilla.
• Strong knowledge of B2C and B2B enterprise web/mobile product development, processes and best practices.
• Experience on at least one large scale public facing digital product is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• QA Tester: 6 years (Preferred)
