Job Description

Job Summary:

As an Operations Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our day-to-day operations, interacting with internal teams and external partners, and helping to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Cleansing:
  • • Utilize Excel and other data tools to clean and organize data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Identify and rectify data discrepancies, duplicates, or errors as needed.
    • Maintain a structured and well-organized data repository.

• Complaint Verification:
  • • Review and investigate complaints reported by tele-sales agents.
    • Contact leads that tele-sales agents interacted with to verify the accuracy of the complaints.
    • Document and report findings, and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.

• System Rule Compliance:
  • • Regularly review and test the rules and processes in our system.
    • Ensure that system rules are correctly implemented and functioning as intended.
    • Report any glitches, anomalies, or rule violations for immediate resolution.

• Quality Assurance:
  • • Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain data accuracy and operational excellence.
    • Identify areas where operational processes can be improved and contribute to process enhancement efforts.

• Communication:
• • • Collaborate with tele-sales agents and other relevant teams to gather information and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations clearly and promptly.
