Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining the company’s Human Capital Management System
- Supervising daily activities and transactions in the HCM System
- Processing Employee Data and generating meaningful reports to help the management make decisions
- Maintaining Data Integrity by regularly analysing data and escalating any gaps
- Participating in Salary Surveys, establishing compa-ratios for all positions
- Participate in Organisation Design by proposing and maintaining team formations, shift patterns, lines of reporting, approval chains, communication channels
- Be assigned to company-wide Human Resources project
- Launch regular employee engagement surveys and present meaningful data to all stakeholders
- Maintain employee engagement tool and provide regular updates
- Maintaining employee contracts and following up on contract renewal
- Provide HCM support to HR Business Partners and all employees as necessary
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an HRIS position in an organisation of over 3,000 employees
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Practical experience with HR database administration
- Indepth knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management System
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
