The Estée Lauder Companies Hiring for Field Visual Merchandiser, Dubai Airport – Travel Retail EMA (based Dubai) Job at Dubai Full Time

Travel Retail Europe, Middle East and Africa is recruiting for a Field Visual Merchandiser who will work across all our brands in Dubai Duty Free Airport. The role will be based in Dubai.

The primary function of this role is to ensure excellence in execution and correct implementation of our merchandising guidelines across all our brands and locations, within Dubai Duty Free airport. Responsibilities include new store openings set-up or renovations, HPP/ SPP sites merchandising, product launches, campaigns & on-counter activation.

This role is field based, reporting to the Field Visual Merchandising Executive of the region, covering the following brands: Estee Lauder, Clinique, MAC, Jo Malone London, La Mer, By Kilian, Tom Ford, Bobbi Brown, Origins and Le Labo.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

LIGHTBOX ROLLOUTS

• Ensure lightbox database is up-to-date (measurements, delivery address, contact person, airport status).
• Visual Artwork check & approval based on brand cropping guidelines provided by Office VM (sizes, translations, logos, dimensions, copy).
• Liaise with local printer, obtain quotes and raise purchase orders, organizing printing and installation on time and within budget.
• Share report with snagging and pictures with Office VM.

VM COLLATERALS

• Liaise with Sales team & Marketing to ensure stock and testers are in place prior to campaign or launch ‘live’ date.
• Ensure all VM elements are correctly ordered, shipped and delivered in time for the launch.
• Align with Office VM, and Sales team on the execution of the campaign.
• Share report with snagging and photos with Office VM.
• Ensure all our brands look their best and all VM guidelines are executed with excellence at all times.

EVENTS HPP & SPP Rollout

• Execution and merchandising of events and HPP / SPP sites across all brands in the airport.
• Ensure that VM hardware and collateral are delivered on time for the event.
• Manage inventory of event fixtures or furniture.
• Align with Sales team on the product allocation and GWP’s.
• Merchandise sites following the design and VM guidelines provided by Office VM team.

NEW STORE OPENING AND SET-UP

• Align internally with Project Manager, Sales, Store Design and VM teams on project timeline and opening dates.
• Follow-up on production status with Project Manager.
• Visit shopfitter’s factory to inspect fixtures prior to installation.
• Align externally with retailer, airport operations and shopfitter to facilitate installation.
• Facilitate deliveries and custom clearance into the airport.
• Ensure stock and testers availability with Sales team prior to opening.
• Merchandise per planograms provided by Office VM team.
• Provide snagging & photos report and follow-up with Store Design and the shopfitter to solve any outstanding issues for project completion.

STORE VISITS

• Ensure all brands are merchandised and updated at all times, according to the latest brand VM guidelines and all lightboxes feature the latest visuals.
• Provide competitor reports.
• Report counter repairs or maintenance issues via our TR App (On The Move). Follow-up with Project Management and local contractors to solve the issues.
• Prepare stores for VIP visits.
