Introduction
Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) provide internal services to over 100 non-US locations, in 35 countries, ensuring safe, secure & compliant operations in an effective and efficient delivery model for our stakeholder communities. The team reports into Boeing Global, supporting regional teams and works in close collaboration with Enterprise Services, Global Real Estate, Facilities and Asset Management, Indirect Supply Chain, Enterprise Financial Services, Security & Fire Protection, IT&DA and HR to deliver a global capability.

To assist with the smooth running of this global function within META region, we are a seeking a high performer to work with BGES META Regional Leader to develop planning and execution of functional activities and initiatives. The business operations specialist will partner with cross functional teams, business partners and leadership on developing and preparing reporting, performing detailed analysis of data and implementing process improvements initiatives.
Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Design and maintain the BGES operating cadence. Plan, organize and coordinate regional, functional meetings on a recurring basis.
- Plan, coordinate and integrate with BGES teams to collect data on five operational pillars for BIES: Best Team & Talent; Deliver Service Excellence; Enhance Operational Excellence; Optimize Global Infrastructure; Cost Effective Operations.
- Coordinate with the BGES team in preparing, updating the desktop procedures and in identifying opportunities for simplification or automation
- Maintain and improve management system on tracking timely updates of internal systems (ESMS, Dialogic, Call tree) and Compliance documents for each office in the region
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare and present detailed high-quality monthly Business Process Reporting (BPR) on five operational pillars for BGES: Best Team & Talent; Deliver Service Excellence; Enhance Operational Excellence; Optimize Global Infrastructure; Cost Effective Operations.
- Prepare, update, report and maintain status of all projects in the region
- Coordinate with finance focal on monthly financial performance reports, analyze financial performance and report the results with value-added inputs
- Coordinate, collect, consolidate and maintain country headcount forecast from all the business units and functions
- Work closely with BGES Regional Leader to improve the quality of reporting, adopt ‘best practices’ and Simplification
Projects & Initiatives
- Lead BGES’s ‘Enhance Operational Excellence’ initiatives in coordination with business support managers and functional partners
- Identify and implement process improvement, simplification, standardization and integration opportunities within BGES processes and operations
- Lead assigned regional and/or global projects
- Lead, develop and maintain SharePoint / SharePoint tools for the region
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Strong analytical skills to collect and synthesize information, develop recommendations to solve complex problems
- Proactive, self-motivated and result-driven
- Strong planning and organizing skills with attention to details
- Professional level fluency in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, SharePoint forms and workflows, Microsoft 360
Preferred Qualifications (Desired skills/Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to drive action and accountability in a matrixed organization
- Good understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong operational, financial and project management acumen and skills
- Ability to travel internationally 10%-15%
- International working experience, with diverse team and cultural exposure
